Open Question: My internet connection is acting weird?

This has been happening for 4 months. My internet connection is very weird. Sometimes its slow and sometimes its fast but its slow most of the time. I have tried all of the following: resetting the modem, rebooted the modem and it still didn't work. I tried calling my ISP but they said to cycle my modem for 3 hours but it didn't work. The weird thing is, I have 2 computers. When I shutted down both of them, the ethernet signal blinks every 3 seconds which means its incredibly fast. What could be wrong?... Read More »
